By downloading and using Imbarco, you agree to these terms.

The App "As Is"

Imbarco is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Merchantability
• Uninterrupted operation
• Error-free functionality

Transit schedules are provided as-is from public data sources. Always check posted times at the stop if your trip is critical.

Your Use

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app

Transit Data

Schedule data is sourced from ACTV S.p.A. open data (CC-BY license) and Alilaguna published timetables. Imbarco is not affiliated with ACTV or Alilaguna.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including missed boats, wrong stops, or unexpectedly scenic detours.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
